About Triolmighty Tablet

Triolmighty Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Olmesartan Medoxomil, Amlodipine and Hydrochlorothiazide. Olmesartan Medoxomil is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine. Over time it also works by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow.

Instructions for taking Triolmighty Tablet

Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Kindly seek your doctor’s advice for the proper dose and duration of the medicine. Don’t miss your dose and always try to take the medicine at the fixed possible time. In case you miss a dose and it’s time for your next dose then instead of overdosing, take your next dose. Do not take 2 or more doses at the same time. Don’t change the dose or stop the medication without consulting your doctor.
